This buff lasts for 5 days and is refreshed every time your Sim does more ketamine. Sims who keeps on snorting a lot of ketamine over a prolonged period of time will eventually get an “Addicted to Ketamine” buff. The Sim you selected will proceed to walk over to the lines and snort them. To share Ketamine, drag and drop lines of ketamine from your Sims inventory to any surface, click on the lines of ketamine and select “Share With…” select a Sim (from the dropdown list) that your Sim is friendly with (you need a significant friendship level for the option to show up), that is in close proximity to the lines of ketamine.
